Create Jam is a weekend-long game jam, where people from all backgrounds come together to make games.
It was founded by a group of Medialogy students who found the amount of game jams in North Jutland lacking so they started to organise their own, held in the Create building. Since then, the volunteering committee has organised two jams every year, a Spring and a Fall edition.

2019 was a busy year with lots of adventures in the games industry…
Nordic Game is a video game conference held annually in Malmö, Sweden. The conference hosts lectures from the computer gaming industry and serves as a business development and company-dating venue where developers, publishers, investors and other industry professionals meet.
Game Hub Denmark and all partners in the Game Hub Scandinavia project participated and exhibited at the main floor of the event. We also sponsored several of our indie startup teams to attend the event and get access to the business lounge and meeting areas.
CPH MatchUp is a 2-day event taking placed during the annual Games Week Denmark, with the aim to facilitate match-up’s between investors, publishers and Danish game studios.
This year we had several teams from the Game Hub Denmark incubators join the event and pitch their projects to investors and publishers.
Nordic Game Jam is a game festival: two days of talks and an unforgettable jam weekend with 500 other game developers from all over the world.
Game Hub Denmark and partners from 7 other countries participated with startups from their incubators. We held an initial networking event where all startups presented their game projects and shared knowledge and experiences from starting their first company. Following this several teams participated in the game jam.

Game Connection is a bi-annual business convention of the video games industry. It is an international marketplace for game developers, service providers and publishers looking to expand their network and find the right business partners.
Game Hub Denmark participated with 3 startups: Dev Dog, Tempest Games and Unit Zero Studio. All teams were set up with meeting tables, and had meetings for two straight days, for the purpose of meeting with new and existing business partners. The business developers of Game Hub Denmark were also present to guide and assist especially the new teams.
